Great Dane

It is in Barbados (at Foursquare) that Anders went to look for the best barrels to be able to bottle a "Single" rum (so to speak)!
The latter was aged for 8 years in the tropics before completing its maturation with a well-deserved 2-year rest in barrels of Skotlander (ex-Oloroso) rum in Denmark.
Tasting note :
Nose : Caramelized sugar, vanilla, sherry wine.
In the mouth: Raisins (among others), a little brown sugar, a rum a little more punchy but still very balanced.
The persistent finish is sweet and spicy before slowly fading away on the sweet Oloroso cask ;-) !
